Dear Friends of Sleeping Giant,
We are aware of a recent Cody Enterprise article suggesting that Sleeping Giant will be closed for the upcoming winter season.
This article misrepresented what’s going on at Sg. No one from the Enterprise contacted Sleeping Giant for comment and because of that made some mistakes in the story including about the winter season.
We have been in contact with the Enterprise and other news organizations to try to correct this mistake. The Enterprise will be issuing a correction to the story it put out today.
Thanks to all of you that were concerned and reached out to us. We were just as surprised as you that this story was published.

The Mountain
Since 1936, Sleeping Giant has been serving the Big Horn Basin by provide epic outdoor summer and winter sports.
The perfect place to vibe in the vibrant Shoshone National Park at the East Gate of Yellowstone National Park. The mountain is open Friday, Saturday, and Sundays! If Schools out we’re open!

Snow Tube Park
Include snow tubing in your winter adventures! This summer we rebuilt the Tubing Park to include three (3) lanes and a tow lift!
Night Ski
Don’t miss skiing under the stars! Every Saturday the mountain stays open until 7 pm!
